Shipping is charged according to the delivery location, volume and quantity of the item ordered.
The shipping cost will be informed when you enter the zip code of the delivery address, after entering the desired items and quantity in the shopping cart.
Delivery time varies depending on the region and the shipping method chosen.
After payment confirmation, we will send the merchandise within 48 business hours. But we will always do our best to make this deadline shorter.

After completing the order, it is not possible to change the delivery method, address or selected products.
Please be advised that the delivery time provided on our website is an “estimate” and will be counted on the next day after the goods are posted, only on business days. The deadline may vary more or less depending on the policy of the shipping method.
There will be up to 3 (three) consecutive delivery attempts on business days from Monday to Saturday during business hours. If delivery is impossible due to lack of identification of the location or absence of a legally capable person, the order will be available for collection at the branch closest to the recipient's address, for seven (7) calendar days, after which it will be returned to the sender. If returned to the sender, a new shipping fee must be paid for delivery.
